Fee Structure

 

At Netherfield Pre-school we are registered with and inspected annually by Ofsted and are therefore eligible to accept Nursery Education Grants, which provide free for 3 and 4 year olds.  We are required to offer parents funding periods up to the total amount of fifteen hours per week completely free.

 

The funding periods we are able to offer are:

 

Monday – Friday

 

    9.00 am – 12.00 noon                                                                               3 hours

 

    9.00 am – 1.00 pm      (please provide pack lunch )                        4 hours

 

    12.00 noon – 3.00 pm     (please provide pack lunch)                    3 hours

 

    9.00 am – 3.00 pm      (please provide pack lunch )                        6 hours

Our hourly rate is £5.00.  This fee will also be charged for any additional hours you would like your child to attend.

 

Fees for unfunded children

 

    9.00 am – 12.00 noon         £15.00

 

    12.00 noon – 3.00 pm         £15.00            (please provide pack lunch)

 

    9.00 am – 1.00pm               £20.00            (please provide pack lunch)

 

    9.00 am – 3.00 pm              £30.00            (please provide pack lunch)

 

 

All sessions have to be pre-booked in advance.  At the beginning of each term, parents will be given a statement of the fees that are due for the whole term.  All fees are payable in advance either weekly or for the half /. Whole term and should be given to Donna in a sealed envelope marked with your child’s name and amount you are paying.  A receipt will then be raised in due course.  If you are not able to pay your fees when they are due please speak to Yve or Donna who will help establish a payment plan.  If fees remain outstanding after the due date stated on the fee letter then a reminder statement will be sent.  In the unlikely event that your fees are still unpaid one week after the reminder then we will write to you advising you of the action we will be taking.  Please note the pre-school reserves the right to withdraw or reduce a child’s place(s) if fees are not forthcoming by the date given on the reminder statement.  We have to be very strict on the payments of fees because the finances of the pre-school depend on prompt payment.

Please be assured that we do look at genuine cases of hardship sympathetically and will always endeavor to reach an agreement which upholds this policy.
